SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering Ekstreme-quality supplements directly to your door as fast and reliably as possible.  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes verification, packaging, and fulfillment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Note: Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For safety and quality-control reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible:

​

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To start a return, email us at admin@ekstremefitness.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • A brief explanation

Once the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

If approved:

​

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days depending on your bank

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
